Roger Messenger BSc FRICS IRRV(Hons) MCIArb Over 25 years’ in rating advice and Landlord & Tenant issues, development consultancy planning issues and site assembly for redevelopment and disposal purposes, and valuation advice to major private companies including those operating worldwide property portfolios. Simon Layfield FRICS IRRV(Hons) Leads the Asset Valuation and Asset Management planning team. Over 15 years’ experience valuation advice to public and private sector clients, asset valuations in the public sector housing stock asset valuations and related rent restructuring issues. Andrew Williams Dip BSc (Hons) MRICS IRRV(Hons) Over ten years’ post qualification experience in private practice and the Valuation Office Agency. Fully qualified valuation surveyor experienced in private and public sector issues specialises in Landlord & Tenant matters and undertakes bank valuations and development appraisals for existing clients.
